The Node Sthlm is a creative hub located in the heart of Sergels torg – a place where music creators, creatives, artists, production companies, and cultural actors meet, work, and create together. With 2,400 m² of studios, rehearsal rooms, coworking spaces, event stages, restaurants, and community areas, The Node is a unique hub for the growing creative scene in Stockholm.

We are now looking for a driven and relationship-building salesperson who wants to help develop The Node into Sweden's most vibrant meeting place for events, music, and creativity.

About the role

As a salesperson at The Node, you will be responsible for driving and developing the sales of our services, primarily focusing on Corporate Events but also including studios, rehearsal rooms, coworking, memberships, event venues, and partnerships. You will work both strategically and operationally, building relationships with creators, companies, and actors in the music, culture, and event industries.

You will be a key person in ensuring good occupancy in our spaces, creating long-term collaborations, and strengthening The Node's position as a hub for creative activities in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with companies, media and event companies, creators, artists, bands, and producers.
  • Package and sell event solutions: stage, technology, restaurant/bar, and venues for concerts, corporate events, releases, workshops, and productions.
  • Sell memberships and access to studios, rehearsal rooms, and coworking spaces.
  • Drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to contracts and follow-up.
  • Create and nurture long-term collaborations and partnerships.
  • Work towards clear sales targets and contribute to developing The Node's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the event, studio, and community team to ensure good delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent The Node in creative and commercial contexts, networks, and industry activities.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in sales within culture, music, events, media, or creative services.
  • Has a good ability to build relationships and create trust with both creators and corporate clients.
  • Has documented experience in driving their own sales processes.
  • Has strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is self-driven and organized – you thrive in environments where a lot is happening and where you can take responsibility.

We are looking for someone who is social, attentive, and comfortable meeting many different types of people. You are relationship-oriented and enjoy building trust over time. At the same time, you are business-minded and have a natural understanding of how to create value for both creators and corporate clients.

You are solution-focused and have an easy time packaging attractive offers based on customer needs. The role suits you if you are unpretentious, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you can influence, develop, and shape the business forward.

It is a plus if you have

  • A network within the music and cultural scene in Stockholm.
  • Experience in selling event or studio productions.
  • A background in event sales, cultural production, artist collaborations, event planning, or similar.
  • An interest and understanding of events, music creation, and creative work.
